The Oxygenics I just bought at my dealer must have been the old model. It had a twist flow control, but not an on-off button too. The flow control on mine reduces the flow but not completely.
I looked at a control valve at Lowes and Home Depot, then decided to get a nice white shower hose on-off accessory from the RV Filter Store when I ordered a filter cartridge. I mounted it between the hot/cold hand contols and the shower hose. Easy to use with soapy hands.
