A dab of mineral spirits on a rag, soak sticker, a little elbow grease - it'll come off. I've used Goo-Gone on many surfaces, never had it damage a finish that was non-porous.

I don't know if speechless is the right word. But I am guessing he had to break a finger to keep from typing what he was thinking! He's worried herk will give him his 3rd strike! LOL

I use "Ronson" lighter fluid to remove adhesives from painted parts. Tested this against other adhesive removers and found that the "Ronson" did not damaged or stain the clear coat even when left over night. 3M also makes an adhesive remover, that we use to take off wheel weight tape, but I have not tried it on painted surfaces.

X2 on 3m adhesive remover. We use it on cars and parts everyday. I used it to take stickers off of the dw jetted tub, sharpies on wood floor and painted window seals and just about anything and everything.
-it stinks a little but a very mild solvent. Not as mild as rubbing alcohol, it will create a little dullnes of the clear on very fresh Dupont paints (auto paint), but I never had that happen with other paint systems.
Ps. Ill get a pic of it tomarrow

WD-40 guy here. Works good on grease also. Kerosene will remove tar and tree sap from your TV also.

We use the same----------

We use the same cleaner used to clean GLASS COOK TOP for the stove. It will clean the pot marks also from the engineered "STONE" sink. A little elbow work with the cleaner will do the trick.
