We use that on the sides if cars and such they don't work on plastics though. They will melt it or groove it

I hate to perpetuate the myth that WD40 is good for everything...but it did a really beautiful job of removing the label glue residue with no damage to the plastic surface (and it took very little effort). Thanks!
