Sink not Draining
Hey everyone! I have a new '15 Palomino 1251 Backpack Truck camper and taking it out the first few times I am getting no draining from the sink. Wondering if there is a switch I should be flipping or something that I can do to get the water to move. Had to bail it out the other day. I have tried it on a few different angles to try to encourage better flow but getting nothing.
Any advice would be great!

I'd get under the sink with a bucket and a couple of towels and pull the P-trap because there is no switch.
On a side, when was the last time you dumped your gray and black?....

Do the other sinks/shower drain ok?
If so, must be a clog in that line somewhere.

Thanks guys. Pulled the P Trap off nothing going on there. Wondering if there is a vent somewhere?
Otherwise, thinking just plumber snake the drain?
The shower drains great and I've run that and dumped the excess to it is all clear of backup so it should be good to flow but just getting nothing from it at all. Any ideas would be awesome. I literally have only been out twice in it so nothing has been in it and we haven't used the sink at all so just wondering if there might be an air bubble or a vent issue.
Thanks for the crunching on this, let me know if you come up with anything here.

I am thinking gunk in the lines from manufacturing. Personally? Take it back to the Dealer and let them figure it out

Ok I am going to say the vent stack for this sink is plugged or not connected.

Even if the vent stack was plugged, it would eventually drain. I would suspect they shoved the drain pipe all the way to the bottom of the tank and there was glue on the pipe and it stuck to the bottom. Definitely a trip to the dealer is in store.

So if he stuck a hose in the vent stack and turned the water on it would fill up real quick no?

He's drunk again. I've never had a problem with draining tanks. You, Kenny Poopin and Timmy are the only ones I know of that had a problem because of your hoses being too short.

Same Problem, same camper
So what ultimately was the problem and how did you solve? Mine is a week old and doing the same thing. Also, what's the drain cap just outside? Is it related somehow?
Thanks

There is a very good chance you have "junk" in your pipes. Open up the sink cab nit and (with a pail underneath!) open up the sing drain (it should just unscrew). Check out the elbow - you would be surprised what you find in your pipes
Always use a pressure regulator at the City Water Connection BTW
Hope this helps!

You got it! That P Trap was clogged with a bunch of just junk. The Cap on the outside is the drain that drains the sink to an outside area. I just hooked up a hose to it and then drain to a container. Seems to work. Took the rig out this weekend and finally had the best weekend ever! Why we got it!
Thanks for all the help on this one! Sorry, been offline on this a bit and just saw the threads!
