I have a Freedom Express 2018 and my hot water is just warm ether on gaz or electric heater

I was told that you can not adjust the sensor or thermostat to increase the water temperature

Any suggestions ?

Thanks:

Are you sure your bypass valves on your water heater are in the correct position? This will cause your issue.

Assuming you don't have an on demand water heater, most folks complain the water is too hot.

The other thing it could be is if the outdoor shower spigots are on and the shut-off on the head is on, the hot and cold water will mix in the plumbing causing warm water only issues.

Your WH is probably in bypass mode.

Another arcane cause can be that the outside shower valves have been left open and, the last user just shut the water off AT THE SHOWER HANDLE. Doing this allows cold water to mix with the cold water resulting in tepid or cool water.
