Spray ports Sandpiper 364saqb

Doing the shake down on my new 5vr and it came with 2 spray Ports, one on each side of trailer. The street side (docking station) one that has cold & hot water handles works fine but the curb side one has nothing. Is there something I need to do to make this one work. I have tried it with both the valves open and closed on the side that works and no water at all. Just creating a punch list for warranty repair and want to make sure I am not missing something

Spray ports? Do you mean shower? Do you have a picture? Maybe there is a valve somewhere that needs to be turned on.

Not exactly a shower bu planned to use as one.... No pics of mine but this is from FR website. The pic shows spray port on bottom left with H/C handles. This one works without issue. Comes with another port on curb side, just a female quick connect no H/C valves. Was told by dealer that the H/C valves only worked in docking station and only cold on curb side. I tried with cold/hot turned on and /or off and no change to curb side. There is not any pressure at all not one drop of water

Prob have a kinked line somewhere but before I take it back to dealer I want to verify it isn't a user error

Ok now I see. I wonder if they never tee'ed it in when the plumbing was done. If you blow air through it from the curbside can you hear it leaking out like it isn't hooked up?

No actually did the blowout winterizing when i returned and no leakages and again no pressure there. Worries the kink is half way across which means extensive work
