I got it with a breaker bar but I seriously thought I was going to break the camper in half before it came. I will be wrapping this in Teflon tape before I put it back. I also let a little WD-40 soak around the bolt before I tried.

You can use anti seize. Just put it on the threads of the anode rod, doing this keeps from making contact with water supply.
