Have you run the furnace or stove since you changed the tanks?

I had a similar problem last trip out...but nothing on the propane side was working and the autoswitching regulator was showing red although both tanks were full. The solution...you have to open the propane tank valves very slowly...very, very slowly. After that, all was good.

Hope it's as simple as that.
