Suburban Water Heater

Just purchased 2018 FR Vibe. I am in the process of de-winterizing it and checking how the Suburban water heater works. The stove, furnace work fine.
The WH, when in the LP mode, will click, light then go out. The electric side works great and water is piping hot.
When the WH kicks in with LP (electric switch is off), there is a faint sound like the ignitor continues to "click", then poof. It turns off. It will do this about three times then nothing until I turn the switch off then on. Then it will do the same thing.
Really stumped. Removed the tube from the jet and looked for any restrictions, but found nothing

Normal to shut down after 3 tries. Try running the stove burner for a little bit to purge the lines and hopefully it will get to your WH.

Check this out. Everything you wanted to know about water heaters. Sounds like you are not getting enough gas or not the right air to gas mixture. Typically, a spider in the tube.

UPDATE - Ran the furnace for a while and, surprisingly, the LP side fired up and hot water.

I am a happy camper once again.
