summerizing the onboard water filter

Should I not remove the filter from its housing when I disconnect the city water for the summer? Certainly there will be a great chance of the filter becoming a home for all sorts of growing bacteria. I will leave the trailer in Florida.

Yes, remove the filter. These should be replaced occasionally regardless so now is a good time to remove it.
