Sunseeker 2018 PTrap shower

Last May, I bought a 2018 Sunseeker . After about 20 showers, the drain blocked and water accumulated in the tub. To flush that water I had to use a toilet pump. It still don’t flow normally.
Under the tub there is no PTrap!!!. I was told there is a mobile rubber shield in the drain pipe to stop odors. Anyway this shield is not useful because It don’t stop odors from the Grey tank.
I would like to remove this shield that don’t stop odors and stop water flow normally.

Does someone know how to do that?

Thanks

Pierre.b the check valve might be installed incorrectly, and quite possibly may be partially blocked by something such as construction debris.

Not sure where the check valve is on your unit. Mine is about a foot from the shower drain. It really should be corrected and kept in place. It prevents odors and sewer gases from entering your interior.
