SV 264 Hoses sticking out

I just Purchased a SV 264 and unfortunatley it does not have an owners manual, I see the fresh water connection on the side of thr RV, but underneath the RV has 3 hoses, 2 are toghether (one is blue and the other red) and the other one is by the back (blue only)
I'm assuming those are hot water and cold water to feed in but, there should be a water valve somewere?
or if those are not hoses to feed in hot water or cold water please tell me what are they for?

The red and blue lines close together are probably your low point drains for the water system. The single blue line is probably the fresh water tank drain.

If all of those should have screw on caps. You unscrew the cap to drain those lines. There could valves directly above the lines, but many campers do not have the valves.....just the caps holding the water in.
