Tank heater light won't go off

My tank heater switch light stays in no matter what position the switch is in... Only since this morning. Last night my EMS shut power down for 15secs during lightning storm. Could that have anything to do with this? Is it really always on? Any suggestions?Click image for larger version

Replace! It is a "Lighted on/off switch"! Youroo!!
