Tankless hot water heater issue...any assistance appreciated

2013 Wildcat 5th wheel with a tankless water heater. We are on our third trip out, the first two trips the water heater worked perfect with out any issues.

On this trip the hot water never ends, but it is scalding hot. We cannot seem to drop the temp by turning up the flow of hot water which is the way it should work. We have had to attempt to run cold water at the same time to cool the water temp to a comfortable heat level.

Is there a temp setting that I am not aware of? I do know of the HI/LO switch and it is set on LOW.

Any assistance would be appreciated,

OK, have been doing some research and it appears that this is common problem with the 1st series of this water heater. I will call the manufacture this next week and see what can be done to make some adjustments from season to season.
