toilet clogging

Last year was our first year with our new camper. We had problems with the toilet clogging all the time. I always blamed it on the kids for using to much toilet paper. I was doing some spring cleaning the other day and I noticed the pipe that goes from the toilet to the tank looks close to bottom of the tank. I measured it and I Have about 1 3/4". Is that normal to be that close?? Thanks in advance.

By the way I don't think it matters but it's a 2014 30qbss

Sounds a little too close to the bottom. Do you have any idea of how deep the tank is? It would be a crappy job (pun intended) but with a cutoff blade on a Dremel, I would try cutting it off to within about 1-1/2"-2" of the top of the tank.

Plumbers have a tool that's will cut the pipe from the inside. You set the depth and hook it up to a drill and cut away. Then you have to get the cut piece out of the tank!
