Toilet in camper has no water when flushing

Does anybody know what this part is. It came out off the toilet in the camper. I think that this is why i am getting no water in the toilet when flushed. The label picture is the model of the toilet. Where can I get this part. Any info will help. Thanks

Looks like a thetford water valve 13168. Let me see if I can find a parts diagram for your model.
