Yes... more clues.

Is the bowl stopped up?
Is the tank full?
Are you trying to drain the black tank?

I'm gonna suggest that to receive some help with your issue that you offer a more descriptive description of your issue, what you may have already done to try and resolve it and what type of unit you have, although I see that is in your profile. You will probably get far better results.

My initial mental picture was disturbing.

You have a Flagstaff, so as far as I know you have only one. Do you know if it is cable or rod type pull? Did you leave your tank open hook to a sewer hook-up. As you can see we need more info as others have said...

toilet clog

Neighbor had the same problem with his Jayco about 2 weeks ago. We let it sit about 4 hours with the black dump valve open. It took the entire time to dissolve (probably to much tissue). But it did drain. Then I had him flush the heck out of it.

You can try turning off the water supply and working a plunger but I don't think that will work. A snale can help break up the clog, but again make sure the water supply is off.
Very little that can go wrong, other than a broken valve and pliers can usually fix it.

Good Luck!

What was the problem?
Reporting back with the fix helps others who wind up here when searching.

We love to hear how you fixed it.

That helps us help others in the future.

WalMart sells TP that dissolves totally. We use it exclusively. No problems since we switched. We have three grand-daughters...lotsa paper goes thru there.

Also...greatly increase the amount of follow-up water. As an example we fill the the toilet three times after a #2. Dump the tanks everyday when the RV is crowded.

More water means more power.

The OP doesn't care. Just another sign of the times -- me, me, me.

Or perhaps it is replies like yours that keep folks from participating further.

And, perhaps, not. I see it more and more every day. Here and everywhere.

This particular OP has a history of posting questions/problems with no resolutions posted or appreciation for help posted later.

She has 9 posts with 2 of them here. Perhaps she is just a little shy? We can be a tad bit intimidating even when we are trying to help nicely.......
