Toilet issue?

We have a 2094 Lexington grand touring and twice lately when the black tank only seems to be half full... could be a bit more... when we flush the water.... or urine... yuk... it splashed upwards and we end up having to wash a part of the wall or ourselves!!!
Any ideas as to what is causing this???

Yuk is an understatement. No clue what a 2094 Lexington is but check your vent for “debris” (birds nest, leaves, spider web, kumquat peals etc)
