Toilet Leak

How to fix this toilet leak. Bought 2016 Solera new and has always leaked. Took it back to the dealer, they replaced both seals and it still leaks. The only thing I know to do is buy a new toilet and replace it myself even though it's under warranty. Easier than taking in back to the dealer and have it not fixed properly again.

What manufacturer and model # it is? Manufacturer might replace at no cost.

It's a Thetford. Not sure the model number. Camping world has never seen one like it before.

The hand sprayer line is showing in the picture. The Thetford models with hand sprayer are the Bravura (Front step flush), Aqua-Magic V (hand flush or front step flush), Aqua-Magic STYLE (front step flush) & Aqua-Magic Residence. (Side step flash).

Our unit has the last one which is used in the R models only, I believe.

You can find pictures and manuals by Googling the appropriate model name. However, this is a warranty issue so I would recommend calling Forest River if you are not getting what you need from your dealer. Have you discussed with your dealer the latest events and the need to replace the toilet? Since Thetford seems to be pretty good about replacements, and replacement is a relatively easy operation, they may not give you a hard time about that.

I called Therford and they needed to know the model which I didn't have. So I'm going to call them back.

Just got off the phone with Thetford. The problem is the 2 pieces weren't bolted together from the factory and also the dealer didn't realize it wasn't bolted either when it was in to have the leak fixed. Thetford is sending me the bolts to bolt it together. Hopefully this fixes the leak.
