toilet water valve leaks.

The valve on my toilet is leaking from the the connection that is covered by some type of epoxy(crack in epoxy). Can it be repaired by putting more epoxy over it? Or do I need a new one?

Some one cobbled this valve with epoxy, took a few minutes to replace it right, also put a shut off valve on toilet that took 90 seconds.

Nice job. I too am happier with a shut-off valve on my toilet supply line as this is the only plumbing fixture on the RV that will overflow rather than go to a drain on a valve failure. When my valve went I couldn't run the water pump or connect to city water until it was fixed. If it goes again we now have a Plan B.
