Tornado black tank flush

Quick (and probably dumb) question on these nifty devices. It seems that most dump stations I've been to have some kind of water nozel/wand on the end of the (very short) water hose that would prevent me from hooking up to the Tornado.

Question: is there some magical way to use these at dump stations that do not have a standard water connection?

That water nozel/wand is usually just hand tight and you can unscrew them to reveal a regular water hose connection.

I use a pair of Chanel-locks to loosen said nozzle.

I have been to Lots of State Parks where they only have a (Hose) no threaded ends hanging down from a Spring loaded tower,thus the need at times for a (Water Thief)! Youroo!!
