Trying to install a pressure tank...

So I'm giving this a go, and I've pretty much have it licked, but I was having a very small drip... Like a bead forming every minute maybe at the black pvc nipple to galvanized fitting. Any other suggestion on how to get to the rv hose? Maybe using all galvanized, right to the female hose. I've seen other installs that use a barbed fitting and some hose clamps. Suggestions welcome... Also a friend suggested in might be hurting the pump without a check valve... Thoughts?Click image for larger version
