I have a 2008 8240SS 5th wheel. I have the same setup as you. There is another valve for the galley tank at the back of my trailer. The gray and black are at the front. The galley tank is just for the kitchen sink. I actually had a very small sticker on the side right at the bottom of the trailer body that said galley tank. I got a "Y" connector and hooked the hose from the gray/black drain to the galley one and dump them all at the same time when connected in a park. Just look all over under the trailer for an additional valve.

I have a 2013 Rockwood 8280 Ultralite FW. The advertisments for the ultra lites is missleading stating that it has a 76 Gal grey water tank, when in fact you have two grey water tanks 38 galions each. One is called the galley tank which holds the dish water and the other is just a grey water tank that holds the bathroom water (shower and sink). The galley tank dump valve is about a foot behind the rear wheel of the trailer and difficult to get to when the slide is out. You need to get on your knees crawl under the slide to open the galley tank valve. The black water and grey tank dump valves are forward of the slide and easy to reach. I ordered a 3" dump valve with a 72 inch remote cable operated handle that I am going to mount near the rear stablizer jacks. That should eliminate the hassel of emptying the galley tank when the slide is out. For sewer hookup I use 3 rino flex hoses with Y connection. Hope this helps anyone with two grey water tanks. Larry
