Warning:

Do not put it in your fresh water tank.

As a first treatment, I would put half in each tank (black and gray).
Can you dump and flush at your storage location?

I have used RV-Digest every since I met the man that developed it several years ago while wintering in Quartzsite, AZ.

I have 3 tanks Black, Grey and Galley so should I split it among the 3? Also should I fill the tanks?

As for dumping I store it on my property I live on 4.5 acres 90% wooded I can dump if I need to but, I figured a little bit of motion on the trip to the CG might be beneficial.

Split it among the three. RV-Digest-It is full of critters that eat tank crud.

Fill your tanks right to the top after you add the RDI and let it "simmer" for 72 hours; then flush out the tanks (Turboflush for the black tank and a hose fitting sewer back flush on the gray tanks).

Then before you leave on your trip, add 1 capful of Calgon water softener and 1 capful laundry detergent to each holding tank and about 6 gallons or so of water in each tank. Drive to the campground and flush as normal.

Thanks Herk

One more question. When I dumped at the CG on Sunday before I left I did the one cap of Calgon and Detergent in each tank should I drain those before doing the RV Digest-it treatment or will it be OK to just add to it?
