Unknown water leak near rear steps

I am new to the travel trailer world. We just recently purchased a used travel trailer and have put it to much use. The last 2 times we went out, when we got home my wife realized as I was backing into the driveway that water was coming out of the unit near the back steps, not from the bathroom door but from under the trailer. When we open the door to the bathroom, there is some water on the floor also. We only have this problem on our way home after trips. We don't know where the water is coming from and it does have an odor so we think one of the tanks is leaking. It doesn't leak though on our way to some place, just on the way home. Tanks are all emptied and flushed out before we leave a campground. We can't see anything under the trailer due to the insulation. We have a 2014 Grey Wolf 26DBH. Any ideas from other owners on where we should begin to look? We don't leave but a little bit of water in the toilet on the trips just to cover the seal in the bowl and that water is always still there when we get home. The floor in the bathroom when we get home is not completely drenched in water, just some water mainly around the bottom of the toilet.

In my prior unit I had a leak at the valve behind the toilet. I saw it when I had my city water hooked up and was flushing the toilet.

Ok after another camping trip and coming back with completely empty tanks this time, we still had the problem. More searching and making sure no pipes in bathroom were leaking, we found it to be the actual toilet. We have a dometic 300 and found out there was a recall on this toilet several years ago because it would hold waste water in the plastic by the seal of the toilet. We are calling them today to get them to replace it. Finally we will have a nice smelling bathroom again.

I also have a water leak coming from under the bottom seal near my black tank flushing water. This happened, for the first time, on our last trip camping as we were preparing to pack up and leave camp. I drained the black tank and then turned on the flushing water, water began to leak from under the bottom seal. Turn off the flushing water and the leak stops. Where do I start to look for this leak? Do I look behind the paritian wall, or under the bottom seal?

Look under sink. It is probably the back flow prevent valve. That's what mine was.
