Smile V-Lite Water Pump

Getting a 2014 V-Lite ready for the summer. Followed the manual procedure to get the water lines and water storage tank up and working. All I seem to get is a water pump that runs and runs, no pressure. Everything works fine on city water. Disconnected the discharge side of the pump and turned the pump on, little or no water. So no water getting up from the tank. I see no leaks coming from under the TT so I think that the hose from the tank is ok. I am thinking that the pump is the problem. Need some thoughts and advice on what to check before I go see the service people. I did winterized by blowing the line out. Thanks to all in advance.

If you have the outside anti-freeze hookup, check that the valve between it and the pump is closed, and the valve between the fresh water tank and the pump is open. Some RVs have a single 3-way valve; if you have that, it should be aligned to the FW tank, not the anti-freeze hookup.

Go back over all your valves, and make sure their all turn the way their supposed to be.
