Valves For Winterizing

I am getting ready to pump antifreeze through my plumbing, I have drained from Low Point, removed the anod rod and switched the bypass valves on the water heater.

My question is the valve shown below and the hose that comes out the left side of the tee. I assume that with the valve pointing in its current direction it has the hose to the left shut off? If I turn it 180 will it shut off the water tank so I can use the hose on the left to pump antifreeze in?

Thanks

Sorry, I missed the 180 comment. The handle will line up with the flow of the valve.

Thanks, once I knew that was the valve and it did not draw for the 180 I just turned it back to 90 and I was in business.

I ran each faucet until it was good and pink, including the toilet they did them all again just to be sure. I ended up using 3 gallons
