Wanted - replacement low point drain

While familiaring ourselves with our first RV, a 1993 Class B Coachmen, spotted this broken low point valve. What is the best way to repair it and might as well upgrade the unbroken one as well.

Thank you in advance from this complete novice.

SharkBite fittings work on PEX and are EASY to use.

The Grey lines are not Pex. they are Polybutylene.
The inside diameter of the Polybutylene (grey) is slightly different in size from the Pex. Go to the Pex section in Home Depot and look for a "transition" fitting that allows you to crimp the fitting to the "grey" Poly and on the other end run the new Pex. The transition fitting conforms to the two different inside diameters.

Is there any reason why I could not simply replace the valves in polybutylene? Does Home Depot carry grey pipe and fittings? Put a ball valve either inside or below, depending on room.
