Me too. You are pulling the handle but it's not opening the valve blade.

Or possibly the tank drain cut out plug got lodged in the drain pipe.
Usually that scenerio doesn't result in a completely watertight drain.

Problem Solved

Ok so took the camper in this morning and somewhere along the 30 mile trip it fixed itself! Folks at the RV dealership said it was either something clogging gray drain or vapor locked. Haven't heard of vapor lock on RV. Haven't heard vapor lock mentioned actually since the 90's on cars. Anyway problem solved headed out Friday. Thanks for the help.
