Water faucets

Just wondering if this is common or not. My 2006 Wildwood 31QBSS has at each faucet location one handle that turns backwards. Not really a problem just kind of bugs me. ????

The shower faucets in my 2011 Sunseeker originally turned in the wrong directions (on: clockwise; off: counter-clockwise). I took them apart by removing the handles and found a metal piece inside the faucet bodies that could be re-oriented to make the faucets operate correctly. It took a little trial and error to get the metal pieces oriented properly, but now the faucets work as expected. I don’t know if you have the same type of faucets that I have, but if you do, the annoyance can be dealt with rather easily.
