I have a 2009 Rockwood 8280 ws 5th wheel. Where is the water filter located?

I have a Cardinal and my filter is in the exterior cabinet on the driver side of the 5r where the cable TV connector, dumping valves and outside shower are located.

2010 8526 RLWS - the water filter in my unit is behind the basement wall next to the water inlet fitting.

PITA to get to to change the filter.

Need to do that every time you winterize, so I cut out a section of the plywoord with a box cutter to gain access to the cabinet from the basement. Goind to rebuild the entire system and add a surge tank to the water pump. Also add LOTS of sound proofing. The damn thing is NOISY.

Mine is in side the camper under the TV console.

On our 2010 8280WS, the water filter is in the lower cabinet between the stove and frig behind a removable partition. Water pump is there also.

They are usually real close to your water pump
