2006 Gran surveyor Fifth-wheel has dual water-lines in the basement with shut-offs, would I be right in assuming that these are the water lines for the toilet.

If there's two of them, they're most likely not for the loo. They are however, probably for the lav. Or as us yanks call it, the bathroom.

The loo is the British version of toilet. It just has one water line ran to it normally.
