water leak

My 2004 wildcat had a water hose come loose in the storage area and a lot of water went into the plastic barrier on the bottom of the trailer. I had to cut a small hole in the barrier and water slowly drained for two hours. Is the plywood floor directly under the barrier and is it in danger of buckling? can the barrier be removed for more drying?
