Water leak in 2012 Puma 22KRB

Folks i am new to RV,ing My Puma has a leak from under the floor (outside) ( behind the outdoor steps) there is a plastic on off valve there - what is that for ? - but it is leaking from beside this valve. I think there is also water pooling ontop of the false floor under the trailer. I have checked the water pipes under the sink they all appear good, i cannot figure out how to access this valve area without dropping the bottom floor under the trailer, something i cannot do at the moment, any help would be much appreciated. Thnaks

The valve that you're looking at is one of three potential drains. It's either a "low point" drain, the drain for your fresh water tank or a drain for your water heater. Depends on what's above it -------

You should just be able to take a box cutter or similar and cut out a 2 foot by 2 foot section of the false floor so you can see above it and repair what needs to be repaired. Once the repair is complete, you can tape the patch back in to complete the false floor once again.
