Water Line Heaters

On my 2012 23IKSS there is a place for a tank heater switch on the panel. Is all the wiring in place behind this panel? If so, where is the connection underneath?

I want to use this for some supply line heaters to avoid frozen lines on the occasional end of season cold snap at night--like last night. Is UltraHeat the OEM supplier?

Thanks for any info.
