Water Pressure

I am having a low water pressure problem on my 2005 Flagstaff trailer. All faucets, but is most noticable by the trickle coming from the shower head. It has been getting lower and lower each week. Park pressure is around 55 psi off of the pressure regulator. The whole trailer filter is about 6 months and is rated for 12. Is this typically a filter problem, or does the cold water route through the water heater and there could be a blockage? Water heater is at front of unit, faucets mostly at rear. Need some suggestions and words of wisdom.

Put a few gallons in the freshwater tank and try it on pump with the city water turned off ( I'm assuming you've checked to see if there's plenty of pressure coming out of the hose). If it's still low, depressure the system and remove the filter and see what happens.

If all the faucets are low, that would suggest a blockage upstream. Most likely the filter, but could be something stuck in the line. Either way, the faucet end is a symptom not the cause. Not unheard of for a regulator to get plugged either. The screens at all the faucets COULD be plugging up but, if that's the case, the whole house filter is most likely completely plugged up anyway.

Remove the water filter temporarily and see what happens.
That is the only common denominator. If it still is low pressure put it back in.
Don't start tearing into stuff until you check the easy stuff first.
Next easy step would be take the sink faucet strainers out and see if they are clogged?

Is the toilet pressure also low? It also has a strainer that can clog.

Good luck

Make sure there is actually water making it to the trailer . Like I said, I've heard of regulators getting clogged.

And don't forget to check the little screen at the city water port connection. (if equipped) I've seen them get totally clogged.

EDIT...
Along the same lines... I've seen the check valve in the city water port connection bind up and cause low flow too. of course this only creates a problem when hooked to city water. Will work fine off the pump.
