Water pressure

We have a 2011 Silverback 29re and we're having a problem with water pressure. If we remove the filter pressure increases. Anyone else having this problem with a Silverback?

Have you replaced the filter with a new filter? A clogged filter will certainly reduce water flow.

P. S.

I had this happen years ago with my first travel trailer - changed the filter and was good to go. Since then, I change the filter every season.

Did you disconnect the trailer and check the water flow for norml operation. In some places the water company will check for the asking.

most say that this is when the filter is working it's best

a filter is always going to slow down flow
at least a little
as a filter get's used more
flow decreases due to build up
most say that this is when the filter
is working it's best
I use them as long as I can

you may wish to start
with a new filter
then if you are still having PSI problems
try bringing the pressure up
at your curbside hookup
