Most regulators will be pre set to about 45 psi.

It's probable safe up to 60 psi, but 45 is a good number.

And get a good one with full flow ports. i.e. those made by Watts. This is one place I would not go cheap on.

The water filter from Water Pur is rated to 125 psi, the piping and fittings are also good to 125 psi. Weak point are the joints and plastic fittings. Practically it will easily withstand 80 psi, that much pressure will not be available in camp grounds. Highest pressure you'll see is when hot water heater stops firing, from water expansion. Soon as you open valve it drops to normal again.
