Water pump

Every time I hook up to city water for a few days, when I get back on the road and try to use the water pump, it will not work. Repair shop says I have air in the water line . How can I prevent this?

When you say will not work what is it not doing? Have you checked your winterization/antifreeze valve. If it is not fully in the summer /in-use position, it will draw in air. Have you checked the small debris filter on the inlet to the water pump. If the unit was not fully winterized, it may have cracked or it may be loose. Do you have a full water tank.

2018 28.5 Artic Wolf 5th wheel is doing the same thing. Where is the water pump located? And where is the winterization/antifreeze switch/valve?
