Water pump

Have my camper out for the first time...trying to figure out how to get to the water pump..when I turn the pump on it runs and runs..so I figure there must be a valve I need to switch to get the water to fill the hot water tank..but there are some odd screws I need to remove..can anyone tell me what I need to remove the door to the water pump?..I'd call the dealership but there're closed right now

You need a #2 square drive bit. The anti-freeze valve is prob.still turned for winter, turn it for fresh water tank suction! Youroo!!

Thought I had this figured out but...turned hot water tank on..heard it fire up..I know it heated up for quite awhile..should have been plenty hot but when I opened hot water falcets in kitchen and bathroom it fluctuated back and forth from luke warm to cold..my model is a Flagstaff 831 RESS...when shutting the bypass off I was only able to open the hot and cold water valves..I know there is a valve that sits between the hot and cold..it was in the vertical position but could barely reach it because of the location....gave up trying to turn it ..arm was bent like a pretzel..I'm done for now...bedtime

The bypass valve must be shut off when the supply (In & Out) at the W/H is On. Find a (Long armed Contortionist) to turn the B/P valve the correct way! Youroo!! PS you never answered my Posted question.
