They didnt charge for the bleeding of the air from the system, but they tried to charge FR, and FR denied. No charge to me.

I met with them today and he said that for the refrigerator yes, it was just tons of saw dust inside he had to clean out as it was stuck in there causing it to not want to spark ignite.

He said for the water pump, he acknowledges that it may indeed be the pump, but he could not reproduce the issue, but did bleed the air and it works fine now. He said if it happens again, that I can even pull the pump myself, come down, drop it off and get a new one. No need to bring the TH in. Whew. He also mentioned it is a tiny pump, that of course is quite cheap comparatively, and there are upgrades if that was the avenue I wanted to go with at some point. Maybe I will... TBD.

I fully expect to get the issue again. We talked and he said it sounded like I was doing it right. He recommended I try with a full tank, see if the issue occurs. Then if it does later, note how low the tank was. Does it occur at 1/3 and below? 1/2 or below? I dont think it is related, but I will entertain his idea.

Did he give you a part# for the pump? I'd like to check into. Has anyone else heard of said pump?

No I didn't ask. He said they have them in Stock and from memory it was like 2.8gpm but he could be wrong. Said upgrades would allow shower n sink to run and not feel pressure loss but means go through more water. Ill check the pump out soon and get the number, I saw the panel where it is and I'm curious
