water pump location

Greetings to you all. I am recent owner of a Salem Villa classic 402qbq. I am looking for the water pump. If anyone has or is familiar with this model please let me know, thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum !
I'm not familiar with your unit but you didn't post a year .

Mostly often there hidden in a cupboard or under a seat or behind a false panel.

Normally your pump is real close to where you add fw to the tank and or city water connection.

Try turning on a faucet using the pump and fresh water tank. If its like most pumps, you will be able to hear it and narrow down its location. Like Turbo said, it might be behind a false panel that you can unscrew.

Put some water in the fw tank and turn a faucet on just a little and listen for the pump. Won't be hard to find. May be a little difficult to get to tho'.

As Turbo said, - the water pump in our Silverback FW is located on the left side in the water servicing compartment behind a false curved panel.

If you can't find it, I suggest you have someone turn it on while you are outside the unit. You should be able to hear it when it's running.

thanks guys. it is a new model 2012 or 13. most likely i will turn on the pump and give a listen. i looked in all the obvious places, it must be behind a panel.
