WAter Pump NG???

Hello, Got new trailer and want to camp tomorrow, please help.

Tank is full, opened taps pressed water pump switch, light at switch turned on, fuse in panel is good. When switch is on I have 13.6VDC on red/white to ground and i have zero on black/white wire to ground.
Other red wire not hooked up.

Does this mean my pump is NG

There is a pressure switch on the left side of the pump that the loose red wire gets hooked up to. You can follow the red wire on the left and there will be another post to hook the loose wire too.
