Water pump noises

So now I'm mobile again and landlord being selfish and not letting us hook up water, I've been forced to use the water tank and pump. Now when I use water pump takes off and runs fine but then starts stops starts stops starts stops really fast like it's catching up in pressure

So has anyone had this happen and know what causes or fixes this? Oh and it didn't do that before at all.

Two things come to mind, a leak somewhere, or a vapor lock i.e. air in your lines. I would tend to lean to the vapor lock as you describe the start and stopping really fast.

well it goes solid on then its like jerking sound. it does that bout 10 times then back to normal then goes again.

you suppose that the trailer being slightly unlevel would cause that?
