Water pump problem

Hi guys writing to you from Australia I recently purchased a brand new puma
5th wheeler which I am really happy with. One problem I have is when I use my
tank water and pump I get a little bit of water through the taps and a big flow of water out of my mains connections on the back side of the van. Any help would be fantastic.

If you are saying that you get high flow from your city hookup point then I believe the city hookup point should be a one way input connection and it sounds like the one way valve is either stuck open or failed completely. Your pump will pressurize all water lines and the city water connection typically is a one way (backflow prevent) type connection to control the exact situation you have. It may be possible to reset the valve by connecting a water source to the city input and pressurize it. If that will not do the trick then a cap screwed into the connection is a work around till repairs can be made.
