If you have an outside faucet or sprayer on the service side, once you have water in the tank and the pump turned on, you can use that outlet to test the pump without running in and out of the RV at each point. That will allow you to wiggle and bang things around to see if anything makes the water come out, with near instant feedback.

Thanks for your help. Moved to another park and have had a couple days of rain, so don't feel like playing with pump right now. I will and will get back to the forum with results. Appreciate your willingness to help. :-)

Finally, all is well. Closed fresh water drain in the compartment where pump is located, added 60 seconds of water to the tank. Disconnected city water, turned on fresh water pump and we're in business, works fine. Not knowing and having no documentation indicating where the fresh water drain valve was the key. Thanks to all for your assistance.

Thanks for reporting back. We like it when we get to see the end of an issue.
