I had a similar problem yesterday after sanitizing and flushing my fw system. I couldnt build any pressure and my pump wouldnt turn off. After some troubleshooting, I removed the strainer located on the pump. It was completely blocked with all kinds of gunk. Cleaned it and put it back together. Works great now. Might be worth looking at?

I just tried partially filling freshwater tank and using the water pump. I get a solid 10 seconds of water before it trickles to nothing. I have cleaned the screen and problem still exists. The pump builds pressure and shuts off. I'm tempted to purchase a replacement as warranty work has taken forever. Any other suggestions?

I tried to check the tank hook up and peeled some of the spray foam to try to get to connection with no luck. All other connections are tight.

This is a 2016 unit so it shouldn't really be a pump issue

Don't you have to hit the flow valve on the pump?

To use the fresh water tank do you have to turn the switch on the water pump, or is that only winterization? I have a anti- freeze inlet. I am actually trying to use water from my fresh water tank right now, and the water sounds in the hot water tank have been "filling" for a couple of hours. Something is wrong, so I am trying to figure it out. Do you just go from city water to fresh water tank by simply turning on the pump?
