Water pump won't pump water.

Started to sanitize my fresh water tank today on my Palomino Puma 32DBKS. Filled the tank and switched on my Pentair Shurflo water pump, and it runs but does not pump water. I first turned it on and thought it would run until it primed and then would shut off. It kept running, so I turned on a few faucets expecting air to be purged from the lines. No air and no water even though the pump was operating. Do I have to turn a valve on to it? Just picked the new trailer up last Saturday so it is under warrantee.

Find water pump and probably winterizing valve needs to be turned to fresh water tank for suction....

If the water pump has a winterization valve and it's still in antifreeze mode, that would do what you describe.

Did you open and close water heater bypass valves? And then fill the water heater?

I havent seen my unit in over 6 months now(tomorrow I will).
My first thought is maybe the winterizing tube is still connected instead of the fresh tank line.

Like I said I have not seen my trailer in a bit and I cannot really remember but I think there may be a valve to turn.

Locate the pump and follow the inlet line, see if there is a valve or the winterizeng tube is still connected.

I'm trying to do this from memory

Following the inlet would be the easiest for now.

Ok, I found a valve near the pump and opened it. I am pointing to it. The second picture is of my setup. With the valve open cold water does flow but again, the pump still won't shut off. I know where the water heater is but can l not locate the access panel to get to the bypass valve.

Wow, I can not find my bypass valves. On my previous trailer I had an access panel behind the WH in yhe kitchen. On my new trailer the WH is up front and I can't locate the valve or an access panel

Wish I could help by being there. All I can say is something is open downstream of the pump.
