Water quit working

I have a 2001 leprechaun. On the first leg of our trip the water worked fine. After the first stop we traveled to the RV park, when we got there the water just stopped working on both the fresh water tank and the water hook up. The water pump is on, we've checked the breakers, the electricity is on. I am stumped. What could be the problem?

Hooked up to city water? And faucets, toilet,etc don't have running water??? Is water gushing out? If not, it's time to rid yourself of that relic. Pump only necessary for fresh water tank. Not city water!!
