Water Shutoff Valve

Is there a way to release the black tubing from this plastic shutoff valve?

This is just my opinion but: NO. The photo is a bit fuzzy but that does appear to be a crimped fitting holding the black plastic tubing to the grey plastic tee. In my experience from owning three (3) travel trailers over some years I have learned this: They are not made to be worked on or repaired. BUT--I have found ways to fix/repair certain things. Don't give up
